Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking a Deployment/Infrastructure Engineer to join their system infrastructure as code team responsible for bare-metal and/or containerized deployment of mission-critical, training, and real-time software applications.
Requirements
- Experience building, managing, scaling and deploying containerized (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.) solutions.
- Experience using scripting languages (PowerShell, bash, Python) and tools to automate system administration and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using Git-based toolsets.
- Basic understanding of networking: TCP/IP and application protocols.
- Experience with SELinux.
- Experience with .NET computer programming.
- Experience with logging and metrics collection, and reporting stacks.
Responsibilities
- Designing, writing, and automating scripts that build and deploy software.
- Authoring and maintaining Docker files.
- Authoring and maintaining Kubernetes deployment files.
- Configuring and monitoring Kubernetes platforms, e.g., OpenShift and AWS EKS.
Other
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, eligible for a U.S. DoD Security Clearance*
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 2+ years of related technical experience in IT, Software Development, or DevOps automation
- Possessing an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance*
- Active Security+ or equivalent certification(s).
