Requirements
- Skilled with Excel, Smartsheet, Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, D365 or similar tools
- SQL, Python, and experience leveraging LLMs or ChatGPT a plus
- Track record of turning messy, multi-source data into clear, business-ready answers
Responsibilities
- Aggregate, clean, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards in Sigma, Power BI, Smartsheet, etc.
- Map data workflows, document user needs, and drive tool enhancements from scoping to rollout
- Run validations and audits to keep metrics accurate and trusted
- Trace data issues to their upstream source and document and recommend fixes that prevent repeat problems
- Support governance efforts to maintain reliable, scalable data structures and usage standards

- 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business operations
- Ability to juggle quick-turn requests while steering longer-term projects to the finish line
