Procter & Gamble is seeking a Design Delivery Manager to improve the lives of the world’s consumers by transforming strategy into irresistible designs and experiences, specifically in North America Skin Care
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process, from design concept through design production
- Strong understanding of the Artwork systems
- In-depth knowledge of artwork file production, fit-for-use requirements, print process capabilities, substrates/finishes
- Software fluency in Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ideally, also Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute design planning meetings, design execution and timing, print tests, artwork matrix reviews, and power images
- Manage Webcenter and sale samples production
- Participate in design brief kick-off, design reviews, and other packaging design-related multi-functional meetings as needed
- Develop and manage North America Design CPS from Global Hand-Off to Execution Hand-Off to Artwork Planner
- Execute Hard and Soft points to deliver design intent and protect Brand Identity on packaging
- Partner with Design, Program Manager, and Global & Regional Initiative Leaders to manage the effective package execution of Initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve packaging execution systems, print quality, and consistency, and streamline project management processes
Other
- BA/BS Degree
- Strong project and time management skills, with experience leading multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously
- Strong business communication planning and execution skills, both verbal and written
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
