Dreamwear is seeking a Design Intern to join their team to assist in establishing trends, color, and style direction for seasonal and customer-driven lines, and to support the design team in managing and overseeing sample development and production process.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Photoshop
- Knowledge of Illustrator
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Match colors across a variety of color libraries and samples
- Make and construct color chips, cards and presentation boards
- File and organize colors and fabrics
- Prep meeting samples
- Work on production detail sheets
- Assist the designers on flat sketching / trend research
Other
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Fashion Design program
- Must be able to commit to at least 2 full days
- Previous internship experience preferred
- Positive attitude, team player, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
