NYSE Marketing team needs a Design Lead to define the visual identity of significant moments in global capital markets by translating brand identities into compelling experiences across physical and digital platforms for current and prospective NYSE-listed companies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple brands and industries.
- Expertise in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and visual direction for proposals, marketing materials and branded experiences for current and prospective NYSE-listed companies.
- Design and oversee branding for milestone events including IPOs, Bell Ceremonies, investor days, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead creative development for NYSE’s most prominent physical and digital assets, including the Trading Floor, façade banners, billboards and real-time digital displays.
- Develop polished, brand-aligned presentations and proposals that reflect modern design principles and strategic clarity.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure design deliverables meet high standards and align with client expectations.

- New York Base Salary Range: $108,200 - 144,200 USD.
