The Design Management internship program aims to provide interns with hands-on professional experience by contributing to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on the business, while also offering broad exposure to the organization and its operations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program
- Obtaining a degree in Architecture or related degree program
Responsibilities
- Contribute to real projects that will be implemented within the organization
Other
- Full-time, 12-week program (40 hours per week) running from May through August.
- Presentation to the senior leadership team, highlighting both the project outcomes and the overall internship experience.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven organization
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week program
