Shure is seeking a Design Research Intern to work with cross-functional team members, conducting research studies, and bringing actionable insights as part of our product development process to create user-centric products.
Requirements
- Experience in user research with an emphasis on research related to product and/or software experiences
- Experience designing and conducting user research using a variety of methodologies
- Experience conducting research and understanding core research principles and processes
- Experience determining the most impactful insights from findings and building a compelling story
Responsibilities
- Work with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify research needs
- Design and execute a variety of research studies, including interviews, usability studies, surveys, field studies or similar
- Analyze and synthesize research results collaborating with work partners
- Uncover actionable feedback for product development to share with key stakeholders
- Present and share findings via workshops, presentations, reports, as needed
Other
- In-process of a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in design, cognitive science, or research-related field
- Ability to work well with other researchers, developers, product managers, designers and business partners
- Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Prior internship/work experience preferred
