PepsiCo is looking to lead the design and production of lifestyle products for its food and beverage brands, requiring a Sr. Manager to architect the visual identity and manage the entire development process from concept to delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of cross-category apparel design and development expertise.
- Knowledge of other accessories categories (leather goods, footwear, jewelry, home, etc.)
- Ability to direct concept, material, and graphics across categories.
- Strong skills in technical design programs knowledge (i.e. Adobe, CAD).
- Global design experience across international markets a plus.
- Experience in navigating both large corporate environments and start-ups a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define the visual identity for PepsiCo branded lifestyle product with crossfunctional teams.
- Digest product briefs to create assortment plans and design directions while hitting target costs.
- Captain the entire development process from concept and sampling to production and delivery.
- Manage agencies and direct vendors, guide key decisions around sampling, costing, and execution.
- Build direct supplier base across lifestyle categories, leveraging existing relationships and network.
- Oversee freelance workflow, budget, and feedback cycles by project.
- Provide feedback and design approvals for high visibility licensed goods.

- Strongly-tapped into culture across runway, streetwear, beauty, and sports trends.
- Partner with Licensing to create custom pitches for prospective licensees and collaborators.
- Offer thought partnership on partnerships, activations, and product.
- Organize team resources and priorities to manage simultaneous launches across the portfolio.
