Requirements
- 2+ years of UX design/development professional practice; consulting experience is a plus
- Experience in wealth management and wealth management platforms, including advisor tools, account aggregation tools, Robo-Advisors, etc. is beneficial but not mandatory
- Creating the deliverables that define and describe the user-centered client journey, such as user experience (UX) flows, wireframes, prototypes, and build-ready screens
- Collaborating with technology teams, product management and engineering to define and implement innovative experience solutions
- Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development teams
- Following the existing design guidelines, best practices and standards
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and create the features and functionality for UBS Wealth Management's digital platforms
- Bring your deep design thinking to the challenges of creating our next generation of digital tools
- Collaborate with product owners and platform delivery teams to ensure effective and efficient design and delivery of the digital customer experience
- Be part of a lively and engaging group of UXUI professionals who thrive on creative collaboration, sharing design ideas and constructively challenging each other’s work
