MSNBC Digital is looking for a designer to visualize stories and brand on MSNBC.com.
Requirements
- Intermediate skillset in Adobe Creative Suite. (After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Intermediate skillset in creating both animated and still frame graphics
- Proficiency with Google Earth Studio, and 3D Map camera tracking within After Effects
- Capable of quick turnarounds, both animated and still design
Responsibilities
- Design, execute and deliver still and animated graphics within required deadlines.
- Work closely with digital editorial teams to meet deadlines and fulfil requests
- Present creative solutions to graphic needs across all digital platforms
- Deliver error-free graphics to the quality standards set by the art director
- Storyboard and present conceptual designs to the art director, as well as editorial partners across the the site and all digital platforms
- Collaborate with the art director and editors on daily visuals and long-term project initiatives
