Altamira is looking to solve the problem of implementing and managing DevOps and DevSecOps solutions, including designing and implementing AWS Cloud-based hosting solutions, containerization, and microservices architectures.
Requirements
- Python programming (Strong)
- Configuration/management tools such as Gitlab
- Containerization tools such as Docker
- Microservices / container architectures (e.g. Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and Python or Golang
- Jenkins, GitLab runners, GitHub actions, Terraform, Terragrunt, and Pulumi
- Experience with ElasticSearch and Kibana
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing AWS Cloud-based hosting solutions
- Implementing containerization tools such as Docker
- Implementing microservices architectures (e.g. Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Implementing orchestration and automation
- Implementing automated testing, automated deployments (CI/CD pipelines), and branching strategy and implementation
- Troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness
- Developing enterprise cloud-native solutions
Other
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph (willing to take CI Poly)
- Bachelor's degree in CS or Computer Engineering
- Master's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity
- Ability to work with application development teams across the software development life cycle
