Merastar Insurance Company is seeking a Developer 3, Systems Software to provide technical consulting and support for application software development and computing technologies, aiming to improve the quality of project deliverables and recommend new technologies.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide tech. consulting & support for app. software development or computing techs.
- Develop, document, & execute unit test cases.
- Resolve complex tech. problems apps. & work processes.
- Review & recommend test plans for impacted areas & test coverage.
- Recommend improvements to existing processes or propose new ones, to improve quality of project deliverables.
- Perform code & design reviews.
- Develop technical specs, design documents, functional designs & requirements.
Other
- Bach. degree, or foreign equiv., in Info. Tech. or related field.
- 5 yrs exp. req. in job offered.
- agile &/or waterfall
- Up to 5% short-term domestic travel may be involved to attend industry conferences.
- Hybrid position. Must come into office for meetings as needed.
