Akkodis is seeking a Developer to build robust applications using Spring Framework, optimize SQL queries, and integrate modern DevOps tools for a client in Columbus, OH.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in advanced Java concepts and Spring Framework.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions and Harness NextGen.
- Experience with mocking frameworks such as Mockito or JMock to write unit tests.
- Experience with SQL query optimization.
- Experience building and maintaining backend systems using Java and Spring Framework.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend systems using core and advanced Java concepts along with the Spring Framework.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure efficient data handling and performance.
- Integrate and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and Harness NextGen.
- Use mocking frameworks such as Mockito or JMock to write unit tests and ensure code reliability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Support and enhance applications integrated with Guidewire products within the Policy Center domain.
