Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in Columbus, OH(Remote) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using core and advanced Java concepts.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in core and advanced Java concepts
- Strong proficiency with Spring Framework and its modules
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling, including GitHub Actions and Harness NextGen
- Experience with Java development and related technologies
- Experience with mocking frameworks such as Mockito or JMock
- Experience with SQL queries
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using core and advanced Java concepts.
- Implement and optimize solutions leveraging the Spring Framework and related modules.
- Write and tune complex SQL queries to ensure efficient data access and performance.
- Utilize mocking frameworks such as Mockito or JMock for unit testing and test automation.
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline development using tools like GitHub Actions and Harness NextGen to enable automated deployments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices and ensure smooth delivery of software solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 6–8 years of professional experience in Java development and related technologies
