HonorHealth is looking to improve data-driven decision-making across the organization by designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in data modeling, report development, data reporting, or data analysis Required
- 2 years SQL query development Required
- 2 years Data visualization development using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar software Required
- Must take Epic’s Clarity Data Model training and successfully gain initial certifications within three attempts. Epic training will be given upon hiring. Required Required
Responsibilities
- Utilizes business intelligence development tools to design, deploy, and maintain moderate to complex data models, extracts, subject area marts, stored procedures, and self-service reporting tools that support organization wide data driven activities.
- Develops and maintains reports, data visualizations, and interactive dashboards that meet customer needs.
- Maintains and supports electronic medical record business intelligence data models, functions, and reports. This includes active participation and support of software upgrades.
- Documents technical/business specifications, performs testing and data validation to support data governance and maintenance of business intelligence solutions.
- Performs data analysis to support organization clinical, financial, and operational performance improvement initiatives.
- Designs, develops, and maintains business intelligence solutions that promotes data driven decision making across the organization.
- Utilizes critical thinking, technical, analytical, and communication skills to create data models, subject area marts, reports, data visualizations, and self-service tools that meet customer needs.

- Maintains regular written and verbal communications with key stakeholders and leadership to support the design, implementation, validation and governance of business intelligence solutions.
