DHS CISA needs a Developer to support designing, building, and maintaining secure applications that enable mission-critical operations and modernization efforts.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or C-Sharp.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and secure development practices.
Responsibilities
- Write, test, and maintain application code following secure coding standards.
- Participate in Agile sprints and contribute within DevSecOps environments.
- Troubleshoot software issues, resolve bugs, and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into enterprise systems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
Other
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance, as required by federal contract.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in software development.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
