Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R) and machine learning tools (scikitlearn, R)
- Knowledge of databases (Relational / SQL, NOSQL MongoDB etc.)
- Good grasp of software engineering principles. Experience in integrating modern software architectures.
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge and some experience in operational aspects of software development and deployment, including automation, testing, virtualization and container technology
Responsibilities
- Lead specific data-oriented projects of high importance, including development, deployment, and evaluation
- Design, build and deploy data solutions and applications using state-of-the-art informatics methods
- Work with large, complex and noisy clinical datasets for solving challenging problems in the healthcare domain
- Build and engineer workflows and pipelines to collect, store, clean and process structured as well as unstructured data
- Prepare and present results, reports, both oral and written, to a variety of audiences, concerning processes, models, evaluation, and impact
- Provide end-user support to use data ecosystem applications, computing environments and datasets as needed
- Manage, track and maintain research IT research applications and related infrastructure as needed

- The salary range for the role is $67,771.14 - $105,618.40 Annually.
