IEHP is looking to solve the problem of designing, planning, development and maintaining of internal and external applications to achieve its Quality Program goals including HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA Accreditation.
Requirements
- Seven (7) years of experience developing multi-tiered applications
- Seven (7) years with SQL Server development
- Five (5) years of experience with software architecture and design concepts
- Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong knowledge of software development languages: C-Sharp & Java
- Proficient working knowledge of Web UI development (JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and HTML)
Responsibilities
- design, planning, development and maintaining of internal and external applications
- lead the development efforts in team projects
- mentor coding activities throughout all aspects of the solution development to produce efficient and high-quality solutions
- transforming requirements into Design Concepts and ERDs
- web service development across multiple protocols (SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, MSMQ)
- developing and optimizing T-SQL (DDL, DML, DCL) queries with MS SQL Server 2016
- SSIS and SSRS development

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Master's degree from an accredited institution preferred
