IEHP is looking to solve the problem of designing, planning, development and maintaining of internal and external applications, and leading the development efforts in team projects to produce efficient and high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Seven (7) years of experience developing multi-tiered applications
- Seven (7) years with SQL Server development
- Five (5) years of experience with software architecture and design concepts
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience transforming requirements into Design Concepts and ERDs
- Experience in web service development across multiple protocols (SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, MSMQ)
- Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software applications independently or within a team.
- Troubleshoot and solve complicated software issues.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the lifecycle of software development (agile).
- Design, create and update new and existing SQL databases.
- Analyze and integrate new technologies with existing applications to improve the design and functionality of applications.
- Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
- Create test cases for new and existing applications.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Master's degree from an accredited institution preferred
- Good written and oral communication skills

- Adept at handling multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Hybrid schedule (Mon & Fri - remote, Tues - Thurs onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA)
