Larimer County is seeking a Developer Lead to oversee the full software development lifecycle, guide a team of developers, ensure solutions meet business and technical needs, and drive process improvements to shape the future of their IT systems.

Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a development team through technical guidance, coaching, and support.
- Managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
- Contributing to coding and architecture decisions while setting standards for code quality.
- Evaluating and improving development processes to enhance efficiency and team performance.
- Researching and implementing new tools, technologies, and practices that drive innovation.
Other
- This will be a hybrid position, with staff expected to work a minimum of 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) on-site.

- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, in software development required.
- Six (6) years of experience with information systems and technology required.
