Xsolla is looking to build awareness, drive adoption, and increase engagement with game developers across all platforms by defining and executing a global developer marketing strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a developer marketing or B2B technology marketing leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the game development ecosystem and developer mindset.
- Proven track record of running impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with global, distributed teams and tailoring marketing approaches for regional audiences.
- Familiarity with technical content, developer tooling, and integration workflows is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global Developer Marketing strategy
- Build a consistent, recognizable developer-facing brand voice
- Ensure marketing initiatives effectively promote both custom integration use cases and self-service product adoption.
- Lead the creation and promotion of marketing campaigns for developer audiences—covering product launches, integration showcases, and educational resources.
- Partner with Developer Evangelists and Marketing Managers to highlight lighthouse integrations and high-quality case studies.
- Oversee the production of high-impact, multi-format content (articles, videos, podcasts, social media campaigns, email marketing, and AI-generated adaptations).
- Coordinate with Developer Relations to ensure all technical content is effectively promoted and distributed.
