Accelerate software delivery across Raymond James' technology organization by designing, building, and optimizing automated deployment workflows to improve system reliability and deployment velocity.
Requirements
Deep expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation in enterprise environments
Strong development skills for Jenkins automation, including Pipeline as Code and Shared Libraries
Proficiency in infrastructure automation (Ansible strongly preferred)
Advanced Git workflows and branching strategy implementation
Experience with container deployment and orchestration
Expert-level troubleshooting of build, test, and deployment systems
Familiarity with Azure DevOps Server, SonarQube, JFrog, and CI/CD metrics tools
Responsibilities
Build and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and automation frameworks
Architect and implement continuous deployment strategies across environments
Optimize build performance and deployment reliability across diverse technology stacks
Develop infrastructure automation solutions using Ansible
Establish monitoring and alerting for deployment workflows
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve integration and release processes
Lead efforts to enhance deployment velocity and system reliability

Hybrid-friendly schedule, with 3 in-office days per week averaging 12 days per month
