Requirements
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing and enablement programs for a technical audience.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- A data-driven mindset with experience in setting and tracking KPIs.
- Experience with Agentic AI is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and build our documentation information architecture, creating a high-quality, comprehensive set of resources for our developers.
- Launch and manage behavior-based lifecycle communications (e.g., welcome series, activation nudges, re-engagement campaigns) to guide developers through the funnel.
- Launch and grow "Ema Labs" to foster a vibrant developer community, showcase successful projects, and generate valuable case studies.
- Work with Product and Engineering to improve the first-time user experience (FTUE) with in-product checklists, contextual docs, and other guidance.
- Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure the effectiveness of developer enablement and marketing programs.
Other
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, developer relations, technical marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to make complex technical concepts easy to understand.
