Requirements
- Strong coding ability (Python preferred) and experience building with APIs or AI technologies.
- Experience working with LLMs, GenAI APIs, or AI-first product development.
- Proven track record of community building and public speaking.
- Strong online presence or ability to quickly establish one.
- Contributions to open-source AI tools or personal AI-driven projects.
Responsibilities
- Create content that resonates: Produce high-quality technical demos, tutorials, sample apps, and developer-related thought-leadership pieces.
- Amplify our presence: Manage developer-focused social channels, newsletters, and partner collaborations.
- Gather and synthesize developer insights to influence product direction and strategy.
- Build, grow, and energize the AI21 developer community both locally in the Bay Area and globally.
- Design and execute impactful launch strategies for new tools, APIs, and features.
- Represent us at hackathons, meetups, conferences, and online forums.
Other
- 3+ years in Developer Relations, Advocacy, or similar technical outreach roles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech into compelling narratives.
- Based in or highly active within the Bay Area’s developer/AI ecosystem.
- The role is based in Silicon Valley/Bay Area
- Startup or scale-up experience.
