Ritual Foundation needs to drive adoption of its onchain applications by a vibrant ecosystem of application and protocol developers. They need someone to demonstrate how to use their platform and build relationships with the developer community.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and AI tooling (e.g. PyTorch, HuggingFace)
  • Demonstrable experience building in Web3 (testnets, smart contracts, devtools, etc.)
  • Previous Web3 Developer Relations experience
  • Bonus: you’ve been a founder, early-stage builder, or core contributor at a Web3/AI project

Responsibilities

  • Translate the intricate technical details of the Ritual protocol into clear, concise, and engaging developer-facing documentation, tutorials, app prototypes, blog posts, and workshops.
  • Create and manage a seamless onboarding experience for ecosystem developers and teams, providing direct technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and developer documentation.
  • Establish and maintain robust feedback mechanisms to collect insights, pain points, and feature requests from the developer community, relaying them effectively to the core R&D and product teams.
  • Create a system to inform validators and the broader community of new deployments, runtime upgrades, and other time-sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with engineering to identify and prioritize essential developer tools, libraries, SDKs, and integrations that enhance the developer experience and accelerate application development on Ritual.

Other

  • Actively engage with the Ritual community online and in person to foster a supportive environment, gather feedback, and act as an advocate and liaison between the community and the Ritual dev team.
  • Partner with our Community Lead to drive localization efforts and build bridges to overseas developer communities.
  • Public presence or interest in building one: Twitter, GitHub, YouTube, podcasts, etc.
  • Comfortable hosting events, speaking at conferences, and building deep relationships with a diverse and growing international community
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for articulating complex information in accessible, digestible formats
