Workday is looking to solve the problem of building and nurturing a thriving community of developers who leverage Flowise to build groundbreaking solutions, by hiring a Manager of Developer Relations to lead the Developer Relations team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Evangelism, or a similar role
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Experience working with developer communities, bonus point for previous experience working with open source developer community
- BS / BA, MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall strategy for Developer Relations, aligning with product roadmap and business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Developer Advocates, Instructional Designers, and Community Managers
- Manage budgets and resource allocation for the Developer Relations team
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of Developer Relations initiatives
- Be a thought leader in the Developer Relations space, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
- Cultivate a vibrant and engaged community of developers through online forums, meetups, hackathons, and other relevant channels
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives that foster deeper engagement within the developer community
Other
- BS / BA, MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Evangelism, or a similar role
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams
- Must spend at least half (50%) of time each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners
