Workday is looking to solve the problem of building and nurturing a thriving community of developers who leverage Flowise to build groundbreaking solutions, by hiring a Manager of Developer Relations to lead the Developer Relations team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Evangelism, or a similar role
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Experience working with developer communities, bonus point for previous experience working with open source developer community
  • BS / BA, MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall strategy for Developer Relations, aligning with product roadmap and business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Developer Advocates, Instructional Designers, and Community Managers
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for the Developer Relations team
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of Developer Relations initiatives
  • Be a thought leader in the Developer Relations space, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
  • Cultivate a vibrant and engaged community of developers through online forums, meetups, hackathons, and other relevant channels
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives that foster deeper engagement within the developer community

Other

  • BS / BA, MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Evangelism, or a similar role
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Must spend at least half (50%) of time each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners
