Requirements
- You have 3-5 years of experience building and scaling developer relations or community, preferably in education or open source contexts.
- Deep understanding of academic environments, including familiarity with educational workflows, semester cycles, and institutional decision-making processes.
- Self-directed and work with minimal supervision.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to community building and program optimization.
- You thrive at creating and improving replicable, scalable processes.
- Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional partnership skills
- Interest or familiarity with developer tools and software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the successful implementation of the projects and initiatives within the Developer Relations Education Program
- Create, report, and iterate on the relevant key performance indicators to effectively measure impact
- Ensure alignment with the broader Developer Relations team, Marketing, and other stakeholders in the Product and Sales organization
- Continuously identify improvements to the program to increase its efficiency and effectiveness
- Actively seek, gather and action feedback from the community and internal stakeholders
- Own end-to-end program operations, identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage automation
