Boeing is seeking a DevOps Developer to provide DevSecOps engineering support for Tapestry's Global Decision Support System (GDSS) program, which is the primary US Air Force Air Mobility Command (AMC) Command and Control (C2) system. The goal is to design, build, operate, and sustain web environments on AWS (Cloud One) to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery for critical mission planning and command and control operations.
Requirements
- COMPTIA Security+
- Experience establishing DevSecOps practices in a cloud environment
- Previous experience supporting Lift & Shift cloud migrations ideal
- Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Git, AWS, Ec2 and SSM
Responsibilities
- Provide Lead DevSecOps engineering support to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery in cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cloud Platform
- Help Maintain pipelines and automated deployments using 3rd party and cloud-native DevSecOps tools based on the requirements of the Development teams
- Implement monitoring solutions to track system performance, availability, and security, and optimize systems for performance and cost efficiency
- Work with developers and application experts to test issues in cloud-based environments
- Identify opportunities for automation in deployment, configuration management, and operational tasks to improve efficiency
