Concentrix is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and maintain scalable DevOps solutions that accelerate delivery, ensure reliability, and support data-driven applications across their platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Solid experience deploying and managing Kubernetes workloads.
- Familiarity with Konduktor or similar tools for Kafka pipeline monitoring.
- Experience working with or supporting Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) and experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications in Kubernetes clusters.
- Integrate and maintain Konduktor for Kafka monitoring and observability.
- Support and maintain infrastructure for Customer Data Platforms (CDP), ensuring data integrity and reliability across environments.
- Collaborate with development, data, and QA teams to streamline release cycles and improve deployment strategies.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and implement best practices for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
