Requirements
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and automation
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning models and systems
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce governance policies and standards across all deployment pipelines to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Drive the adoption of DevOps governance, implementing controls to improve reliability and streamline software delivery
- Establish and monitor DORA (DevOps Research and Assessment) metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
- Promote a DevOps mindset, encouraging agility, speed, and efficiency in the software delivery process
- Explore and implement strategies to deliver software faster without compromising quality or reliability
- Lead efforts to automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a focus on governance, cloud infrastructure, and automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers
