Toyota is looking to solve the problem of designing, implementing, and maintaining automated deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system monitoring solutions to support Siemens MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) and other enterprise applications.
Requirements
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Siemens MOM, OpCenter, or other MES platforms.
- Familiarity with manufacturing IT environments.
- Experience in automotive or battery manufacturing industries.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines for Siemens MOM and related manufacturing applications.
- Manage source control, branching strategies, and release automation.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows to improve deployment reliability.
- Provision, configure, and manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
- Ensure systems are highly available, resilient, and secure for manufacturing operations.
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure automation experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
