Susquehanna's options trading business requires a RAD Engineering team to build, maintain, and monitor critical parts of the infrastructure that power new and existing trading applications
Requirements
- Python, .NET, or Java technologies
- microservice and containerization infrastructure, Microsoft Service Fabric, Kubernetes, etc.
- CI/CD and Version Control platforms, Git, OctopusDeploy etc.
- Ansible, Terraform, or other Infrastructure as Code tools
- monitoring platforms, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Cloudwatch, etc.
Responsibilities
- building, maintaining, and monitoring critical parts of the infrastructure that power our new and existing trading applications
- deploy and configure new strategies and technologies
- develop a range of tools used for monitoring, message passing systems, and microservice design and implementation
- establish consistent patterns for other groups in the business organization to adopt and implement into their own systems
- execute on ideas quickly
- build a stable, scalable, optimized environment with minimized risk
- exploring new technologies to find the optimal solution
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline or its foreign equivalent
- 1-2 years of recent hands-on experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
