Manulife is looking to enhance its management of technology risks by leveraging strong risk expertise, operational efficiency, and data-driven analytical processes within Global Wealth Asset Management Investment Operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant DevOps experience.
• Investment domain expertise with a deep understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly solutions.
• Ability to create efficient and scalable solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of partners across the Global WAM Investments Operations group.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience with REST API integration and Windows PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with Power BI and data-driven analytical processes

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and automation workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft services.
• Incorporate UI/UX best practices to ensure that solutions are intuitive and user-friendly, keeping the customer at the center of design.
• Conduct REST API integration and Windows PowerShell scripting to enhance functionality and automation.
• Collaborate with team members to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable, customer-centric automation solutions.
• Conduct detailed testing of applications and workflows to ensure quality, reliability, and a positive user experience.
• Manage the deployment and maintenance of Platform solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Create interactive, user-centered dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
