Booz Allen is looking for a DevOps Platform Engineer to focus on the critical integration of tactical software capabilities into robust cloud environments, supporting and modernizing government financial systems. The goal is to develop and deploy scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions that meet rigorous performance, compliance, and security requirements for public sector financial operations.
Requirements
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Experience with AWS Cloud services and tools
- Experience with GitHub Actions or CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Experience with event streaming platforms, including Kafka, such as Confluent, Redpanda, or AWS MKS
- Experience in cloud-native application deployment, security best practices, and system integration
- Experience supporting a multi-cloud environment
- Knowledge of Crossplane for Kubernetes-native infrastructure management
Responsibilities

- ensuring seamless operation, optimal performance, and regulatory compliance of mission-critical financial systems in the cloud
Other
- 5+ years of experience as a platform or DevOps engineersupporting cloud-based applications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
