Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure development, system administration, or DevOps role
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Linux and/or Windows).
- Experience with certificate management processes and tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation.
- Experience with patching and vulnerability management tools.
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cost optimization strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Modernize our infrastructure capabilities by adopting latest technology to automate our infrastructure provisioning, procurement and maintenance.
- Manage the lifecycle of SSL/TLS certificates, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing service disruptions. This includes obtaining, installing, and configuring certificates across various systems.
- Implement and manage patching processes for operating systems and applications. Proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities to maintain a secure infrastructure.
- Fulfill infrastructure requests from various teams, including provisioning new servers, configuring network resources, and managing access controls.
- Continuously analyze and optimize cloud resource utilization to minimize costs and improve efficiency. This includes right-sizing instances, implementing cost-saving measures, and monitoring cloud spending.
- Install and maintain various agents on servers for monitoring, security, and other operational purposes. Ensure agents are functioning correctly and collecting necessary data.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks, such as patching, certificate renewals, and agent installations.

- Work closely with other developers and teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with application development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
- Participate in on-call rotation for L3 support.
