Requirements
- Knowledge of architecting DevSecOps and Cloud engineering environments
- Experience in systems architecture and infrastructure design, including scalability, resilience, and interoperability
- Experience working in Agile frameworks
- Knowledge of Navy’s Overmatch Software Armory (OSA) development pipelines, tools, and processes
- CompTIA Security+
- INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)
- Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) Certification
Responsibilities
- Lead development of Agile Core Services
- Design and develop systems
- Evolve systems with advanced technology solutions
- Provide requirements that result in system models as inputs into engineering change reviews, configuration control boards, or appropriate system engineering reviews and processes
- Analyze, design, and optimize systems that involve compute, storage, networking, and applications working in concert
- Convey complex system designs and integration strategies to stakeholders, engineers, and executive leadership
- Troubleshoot complex system interactions
Other
- 6+ years of experience working in and implementing all stages of the systems engineering life cycle (SELC) for DoD or Government Agency
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Science
- Secret clearance
- Ability to work on site in San Diego, CA
- Ability to convey complex system designs and integration strategies to stakeholders, engineers, and executive leadership
