Booz Allen is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to support clients in modernizing their IT infrastructures and meeting their most challenging missions.
Requirements
- Experience with Bash or Python scripting
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
- Experience with AWS services and Cloud-native architecture patterns, including ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, SageMaker, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM policies, security groups, or network security
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation
- Experience with security scanning tools
- Knowledge of container security and runtime protection
- AWS Certification, including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certification
Responsibilities
- set up cloud environments and provision computer networking, storage, and virtual networks
- manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions
- establish or provision virtual machines or networks to further clients' meaningful missions
- develop, deploy, or manage IT infrastructures for crucial server and network components
- apply skills within a DevOps framework
- work closely with cloud architects and engineers
- utilize Infrastructure as Code, including AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation
Other
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and security documentation and with disaster recovery
- IAT Level II or IAT Level III Certification, including Security+ or CISSP Certification
- Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment, with periodic work from a Booz Allen or client site facility
