We are seeking a capable and proactive Intermediate DevSecOps Engineer to help drive secure, scalable, and automated infrastructure and deployment practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and their security features.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Proven understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Terragrunt).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and observability practices (SLI/SLO/SLA).
- Solid understanding of configuration management (Ansible) and version control (Git).
- Good understanding of networking and system administration (Linux/Windows).
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security checks.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to embed security into the SDLC.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Respond to and resolve infrastructure and deployment incidents.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation efforts.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles.
- This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience who can contribute independently while collaborating across engineering and security teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations for L3 support and incident response.
- Document systems, processes, and security controls.
- Stay ahead of DevSecOps trends and recommend improvements.
