Requirements
- Possess and be able to evidence excellent analytical mindset and skills.
- Have a knack for exploring and presenting data.
- Knowledge of data cleansing, ETL processes, database design, application and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with data models, dashboards, and reports.
- Understanding of data governance practices.
- Experience with data analysis tools.
- Typical degree courses (listed A-Z): Architecture, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, General Business, Management Information Systems, Math, Physical sciences, Project Management, Systems Engineering
Responsibilities
- Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources to support construction project management and decision-making.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills and techniques to effectively transform unstructured data and present it back in an informative fashion.
- Apply knowledge of data cleansing, ETL processes, database design, application and visualization tools.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports, and present data insights to stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data quality checks and implementing data governance practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
