BJ's Wholesale Club is looking to solve problems and deliver on business and user outcomes for their Order Management team by driving the end-to-end roadmap and strategy.
Requirements
- E-commerce experience with a focus on web technologies, including HTML/CSS, and understanding of website design/build process.
- SQL reporting.
- API experience.
- Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) for project tracking.
- leading application optimization projects, with Akamai WAF and CDN implementations.
- systems/data analysis, Gap analysis, Impact analysis, system diagrams, and network diagrams.
- Splunk Logs and Postman for API testing.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end roadmap and strategy for our Order Management team.
- Work in a lean software development environment, within a fast-paced agile process, defining problems and delivering on business amp; user outcomes.
- Partner with UX to use customer feedback, test hypotheses, conduct continuous discovery amp; deliver iterative roadmaps.
- Use data to prioritize the roadmap, using a qualitative amp; quantitative data driven approach.
- Translate technical capabilities and enhancements to business stakeholders with an outcome-based approach.
- Work cross-functionally with engineers, UX design, finance, and merchandising.
- Lead strategic thinking to discover and understand problems, ideate through solutions, validate them, launch lean experiments, and plan a strategic product roadmap.
Other
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, E-commerce, or related or foreign equivalent plus 2 years experience as a Developer, Analyst, or related.
- 2 years of experience in gathering requirements and providing software solutions.
- LastMile delivery integration experience.
- manage issue tracking via ServiceNow.
- This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJs Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
