The Product Management Analyst utilizes knowledge of back-office operations, Treasury Management services and customer needs to assist in the development and maintenance of assigned Treasury Management products. The Product Analyst’s detailed knowledge allows the position to translate bank and customer needs and functional application deficiencies into system requirements.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Fiserv Premier background preferred
- In-depth knowledge of banking and back-office operations
- End-user User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
- UAT Test script development
- MS: Excel, Word, Mail, Project, Sharepoint, Powerpoint.
- CTP a plus
Responsibilities
- Key SME uses knowledge of applications, specs, implementation process and user interface to ensure optimal product development and rollout of new products/enhancements
- Primary individual for identifying and articulating issues and required resolution/changes
- Product Management liaison with Business/Application Analyst during product development/enhancement/issue resolution change management processes
- Work with Product Owners to develop accurate and relevant test plans
- Develop and maintain accurate and relevant User Acceptance Test cases to demonstrate client experience during development/enhancement/issue resolution change management processes
- Execute test cases and report findings to Product Owners
- Coordinate feedback from all testers executing the UAT to the Product Owner
Other
- At least 4 years of Bank Operations experience
- At least 4 years supporting Treasury Management products
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Negotiation Skills a must.
