Manage and optimize a customer's Salesforce platform to ensure it is fully leveraged to meet business objectives, maintain data integrity, and support users across departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Perform regular system audits and prepare reports on usage and performance.
- Monitor and resolve system issues and bugs.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards to support business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular maintenance and deduplication.
- Import, update, and export data using tools like Data Loader or third-party apps.

- Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Recommend and implement best practices for Salesforce usage and automation.
