Manage and optimize a customer's Salesforce platform to ensure it is fully leveraged to meet business objectives, maintain data integrity, and support users across departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Perform regular system audits and prepare reports on usage and performance.
  • Monitor and resolve system issues and bugs.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards to support business insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular maintenance and deduplication.
  • Import, update, and export data using tools like Data Loader or third-party apps.

Other

  • Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users and troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for Salesforce usage and automation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools
