Cox Communications is seeking a Digital Design Manager to lead the creation of digital campaigns and assets across the customer journey, aiming to simplify IT and unleash innovation for mid-market through enterprise organizations by shaping impactful experiences across web, mobile, social, and marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma and using scalable design systems.
  • Knowledge of UX best practices to ensure designs are user-friendly and conversion-driven.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Portfolio showcasing work across display ads, email campaigns, landing pages, campaign assets, and web templates with examples of leading or guiding others.
  • Skills in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or similar).
  • Familiarity with Lottie files or other animation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and production of website, landing pages, display ads, email templates, social media campaigns, and interactive experiences.
  • Develop, manage and scale digital design systems in Figma and ensure consistent application of brand standards.
  • Apply UX best practices to ensure all designs are user-friendly and conversion-driven.
  • Translate creative and business strategies into compelling digital assets and user experiences.
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate, including the use of animation, motion graphics, and emerging design technologies.
  • Balance hands-on design and building design systems that enable the team to deliver high-quality creative work at speed.
