HGA's Healthcare practice is seeking a Digital Design Specialist to provide Revit-specific support to architects, planners, and designers involved in project delivery, with a strong emphasis on excellence, collaboration, and digital innovation.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and use of Revit
- Intermediate knowledge and use of Sketchup, Rhino, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with basic construction types
- Certification in Revit (preferred but not required)
- A demonstrated understanding of project workflows from design to construction administration, building from knowledge of industry standards, workflows and data formats
- Familiarity with standard Microsoft Office products like Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience working on architectural projects in Revit
Responsibilities
- Lead Revit model setup and ongoing management on active healthcare projects
- Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and content development for project teams
- Collaborate with HGA’s Digital Practice Group to align with firmwide standards and workflows
- Support implementation of digital design strategies and client-specific BIM requirements
- Assist in promoting and developing BIM capabilities across the healthcare practice
- Setup the Revit model using HGA BIM standard workflows
- Maintain and manage Revit model health for smooth operation/performance of the models

- Associate degree and preferably 2-5 years of experience working on architectural projects
