BNH is seeking a Digital Enterprise Sr. Data Architect to lead the Digital Modernization and Transformation of AEDC, acting as a primary subject matter expert for data and a technical counterpart to the Digital Enterprise Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in developing Data Platforms, and a minimum of 10 years progressive experience in a data-related position.
- Strong and proven experience leading and executing an Enterprise Data Strategy, building On-Prem or Cloud based Enterprise Data Platforms and/or Business Intelligence initiative(s).
- Experience in digital transformations and effective digital capability building.
- Strong data, AI / data science and technological knowledge, covering recent topics such as data governance, data domains, AI models and techniques, platform, cloud, API, microservices, DevSecOps, engineering, data security/privacy, BI and analytics.
- Analytical ability to develop and implement new concepts and tools.
- Well versed in data compliance and regulations.
- Active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a data strategy with roadmap focused on the following areas: Data Governance, Data Management, Data Architecture, Data Analytics, Data-driven Innovation, Cybersecurity.
- Ensure the organization’s data assets are managed, leveraged, and protected to drive business value that align with the customer’s Chief Data Officer.
- Facilitate and provide inputs and approvals as necessary on business definitions, data quality, data assets, and any changes within their domain.
- Work with the Digital Enterprise Manager, stakeholders, and other personnel as necessary to plan and execute Digital Modernization initiatives based on the developed strategic plan.
- Collaborate with other functions to ensure communication and value attainment.
- Design and implement data architecture that enables efficient and effective data management.
- Work with the BNH cybersecurity team to ensure these initiatives are implemented with a secure cyber foundation.
