Johnson & Johnson is seeking to enhance its Digital Operating Model by defining key business processes, standards, and roles to support continuous improvement and alignment with evolving digital strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in product/project management, new digital or analytics products development, digital governance
Business process analysis, decomposition and standardization
5+ years of experience in agile methodologies deployments
Proven experience in influencing various stakeholders, mentoring and leading teams through digital transformation
Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SQL
Data and KPI-driven, ability to define measurement frameworks
Responsibilities
Define Business Process Decomposition for all aspects of the Digital Operating Model: Data, Technology, Strategy & Governance, Data Science
Develop & Deploy Operating Standards for Key Processes (e.g. DPM Playbook, Agile methodology, Scaled Agile Methodology, Design System) in collaboration with technology partners
Drive Continuous Improvement of the Digital operating model across all facets including Data, Technology, Data Science and Cross Functional Digital Product Management
Lead a Community of Practice to identify improvement opportunities & clarify/create new processes as required
Ensure flawless integration and clear boundaries and roles across Data Strategy & Operations, Data Science, JJT as well as Digital Strategy & Governance
Responsible for the creation of the Digital Operating Model Playbook & Process Decomposition
Creation of a Digital Knowledge Center to capture Process Standards and knowledge

Up to 25% travel required, domestic & international
