Cook Children's Health Plan is looking to improve the member experience through the development and implementation of digital applications and technology. The Digital Experience Analyst, Senior will support these initiatives by ensuring applications and related technologies meet strategic and business goals and deliver a consistent, quality experience to customers.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a MyChart or EpicCare Link analyst
- Certifications in Tapestry, MyChart, and EpicCare Link strongly preferred.
- Epic certification required within 6 months from employment, including two test retakes.
- If position does not support Epic, then a relevant certification designated.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct support to the development and implementation for the set of Digital Applications and technology that impact the Member Experience at Cook Children’s Health Plan.
- Working with administration, medical directors, physicians, and other staff/teams as applicable.
- Develops and applies their expertise in two or more experience disciplines, striving to ensure that applications and related technologies continue to meet the strategic and business goals of the organization and deliver a consistent and quality experience to our customers.
- Extensive experience as a MyChart or EpicCare Link analyst and be interested in expanding their skills to support both from the Health Plan perspective.
- This includes MyChart as a member portal and Link as a health plan provider portal.
Other
- A BA/BS degree in an Information Technology, Business, Marketing or related field is required.
- Position requires 5 or more years of combined experience in a healthcare, healthcare IT or marketing technology setting with a focus on creating, implementing, developing, or optimizing technology-related programs.
- Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional peers.
- Ability to hear and communicate with others in a clear, understandable, and professional manner.
- Demonstrated use of good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable exercising decision making in areas of responsibility.
