Requirements
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project lifecycle management
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and task-oriented scrum environment
- Knowledge of digital product development and design principles
- Experience with solution design, coding, testing, and documentation
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and user experience optimization
- Understanding of technical foundation of digital products and software technology
- Experience with collaborative tools and version control systems
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products
- Support Scrum Masters and Project Managers in facilitating agile ceremonies, tracking progress, and ensuring that development processes are efficient and aligned with project goals
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Architects, and Modern Workplace and Apps Support teams to understand the technical foundation of digital products
- Participate in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including solution design, coding, testing, and documentation, within a task-oriented scrum environment
- Engage with Digital Product Designers, UX Designers, and SEO Specialists to enhance user experience and optimize digital presence
- Help align business goals with user needs and ensure successful product delivery through effective planning and stakeholder collaboration
- Facilitate cross-functional development and present creative and practical solutions to real business problems

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology, business administration)
