Responsibilities
- Handle initial user issues and service requests as part of L1 Service Desk
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support as part of L2 Client Support
- Work with teams that manage and maintain the core IT infrastructure, including server and network administration, platform and database management, and collaboration tools and enterprise systems
- Support the protection of digital assets and secure operations through admin/support, engineering, and OT security
- Collaborate with Compliance Analysts to understand and apply regulatory standards
- Design and implement security infrastructure
- Safeguard operational technology environments
