Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
- Previous Internship/Co-op experience (preferred).
- Previous leadership experience in work, organizations, or classroom (preferred).
- Strong interest in long-term career development.
- Demonstrated strengths in analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with a graduation date between August 2025 and June 2026.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
Responsibilities
- Create recommendations for complex business decisions using a wide variety of data science techniques—from exploratory data analysis to predictive analytics.
- Develop advanced end-to-end analytics and technology solutions that drive value for Polaris and its customers.
- Work with Data Analysts and Modern Workplace teams to explore and interpret data, uncover insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and Data Engineers to integrate, prepare, and manage large, varied datasets.
- Work alongside Data Scientists to design, build, and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Contribute to production-ready solutions that enhance business performance and customer experience.
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports that communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Must be able to commit to working 40 hours per week starting on one of the following dates: January 12th, 2026, or June 15th, 2026.
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
- Must be willing to travel and relocate between sites for your rotations, as well as be mobile beyond the rotational program to support your career development.
- Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting to and from the office.
- Active leadership experience in student organizations and/or work experiences with interest to continue to grow your leadership skills.
